CancellationS
WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF TWENTY FOUR HOURS TO CANCEL, RESCHEDULE OR MAKE ANY CHANGES TO AN EXISTING APPOINTMENT. CANCELLATIONS MADE WITH LESS THAN TWENTY FOUR HOUR NOTICE WILL RESULT IN YOUR CARD ON FILE BEING CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE, WHICH WILL BE FIFTY PERCENT OF YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE FEE.
NO SHOW’S
IN THE EVENT THAT YOU NO CALL, NO SHOW FOR AN APPOINTMENT, YOUR CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED A NO SHOW FEE, WHICH WILL BE ONE HUNDRED PERCENT OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE FEE. WE UNDERSTAND THAT UNFORTUNATELY EMERGENCIES CAN HAPPEN, SO IN THE EVENT THAT AN EMERGENCY HAS TAKEN PLACE AND YOU REALIZE YOU MISSED AN APPOINTMENT, PLEASE NOTIFY YOUR STYLIST DIRECTLY.
CARD ON FILE
A VALID CARD ON FILE IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE AN APPOINTMENT. THIS CARD WILL ONLY BE CHARGED IN THE EVENT OF A LATE CANCELLATION OR A NO SHOW PER OUR POLICY ABOVE. IF YOU REMOVE YOUR CARD FROM YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT WITHOUT PROVIDING AN UPDATED CARD, ANY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS WILL BE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION.
LATE ARRIVALS
WE UNDERSTAND LIFE HAPPENS! HOWEVER, GUEST ARRIVING MORE THAN FIFTEEN MINUTES LATE MAY NEED TO RESCHEDULE AND MAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR A LATE CANCELLATION FEE.
NO EXTRA GUESTS
IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN A CALM AND SAFE ENVIRONMENT, WE KINDLY ASK THAT NO EXTRA GUESTS OR CHILDREN (UNLESS RECEIVING A SERVICE) ARE BROUGHT WITH YOU TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
IF YOU ARE NOT FULLY SATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE, PLEASE REACH OUT TO YOUR STYLIST DIRECTLY WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL SERVICE DATE TO DISCUSS A REMEDY.
PRODUCT RETURNS
UNOPENED PRODUCTS MAY BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. OPEN PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SALON CREDIT/EXCHANGE ONLY AT THE DISCRETION OF THE OWNERS.

CHEMICAL SERVICES & CLIENT LIABILITY
AT THE REFINERY SALON, THE HEALTH AND INTEGRITY OF YOUR HAIR IS OUR TOP PRIORITY. TO PROVIDE THE BEST RESULTS AND MAINTAIN SAFETY, IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT ALL CLIENTS GIVE COMPLETE AND ACCURATE INFORMATION REGARDING THEIR HAIR HISTORY AND HOME CARE.
HONESTY ABOUT HAIR HISTORY:
CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO DISCLOSE ANY PRIOR CHEMICAL SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BOX COLOR /AT HOME COLOR APPLICATIONS, PERMS/RELAXERS, KERATIN OR SMOOTHING TREATMENTS, PREVIOUS LIGHTENING OR BLEACHING, PROFESSIONAL OR NON PROFESSIONAL COLOR CORRECTIONS.
FAILURE TO PROVIDE ACCURATE INFORMATION MAY AFFECT THE OUTCOME OF YOUR SERVICE AND CAN RESULT IN CHEMICAL REACTIONS, BREAKAGE OR DAMAGE.

THE REFINERY SALON AND ITS STYLIST ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADVERSE RESULTS, DAMAGE, OR REACTIONS THAT OCCUR DUE TO WITHHELD OR INNACURATE INFORMATION REGARDING PREVIOUS HAIR HISTORY OR USE OF NON PROFESSIONAL PRODUCTS,
3. SERVICE REFUSAL:
EACH INDIVIDUAL STYLIST RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DECLINE OR POSTPONE CHEMICAL SERVICES IF THE HAIRS CONDITION OR CLIENT INFORMATION INDICATES POTENTIAL DAMAGE OR UNSAFE RESULTS.
4. AFTERCARE RESPONSIBILITY:
PROPER AT HOME CARE IS ESSENTIAL TO MAINTAIN THE INTEGRITY OF CHEMICALLY TREATED HAIR. STYLISTS WILL RECOMMEND PROFESSIONAL PRODUCTS TO PROTECT YOUR RESULTS. THE REFINERY IS NOT LIABLE FOR FADING, BREAKAGE OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM FAILURE TO FOLLOR AFTERCARE RECOMMENDATIONS.
EACH STYLIST RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REQUIRE A SIGNED WAIVER BEFORE PROVIDING CHEMICAL SERVICES.
SERVICES PROVIDED BY APPRENTICE OR LICENSED JUNIOR STYLIST
AT THE REFINERY WE BELIEVE IN EDUCATION, GROWTH AND HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE FOR THE NEXT GENERATION OF STYLIST. OUR APPRENTICES WORK CLOSELY UNDER SUPERVISION AND GUIDANCE FROM CHELSEY AND TIKA DIRECTLY TO ENSURE QUALITY SERVICES WHILE CONTINUING THEIR TRAINING.
WHEN BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH AN APPRENTICE OR JUNIOR STYLIST YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR SERVICE IS BEING PERFORMED BY A STYLIST IN TRAINING AT A DISCOUNTED RATE AND THAT RESULTS MAY VARY.
